Debut album from trumpeter Matt Gough features 4 different bands playing music written by Matt. The music progresses from the line up of a quintet through to the finale of a 15 piece big band.
The collection of compositions on this album are all inspired by a belief in the incredible inner strength found in so many beings. A strength that is capable of dealing with grief and the loss of a loved one, a strength that can help to find the positives in life in times of emotional suffering and a knowledge and appreciation of the fragility of life to ensure those positives are lived to the full.
